Do I keep ownership of my land?
Yes. You remain the owner throughout. You sign a long-term lease with Netra and receive a fixed rent. The land stays yours.
How much income can I expect?
Rent depends on your site's size, grid proximity, and configuration. After a free feasibility analysis, we share a concrete, fixed annual figure for a 15–25 year lease.
What do I have to do?
Almost nothing. Netra handles permits, grid connection, financing, construction, and operation. There is no management or maintenance on your side.
How long does construction take, and is it disruptive?
Build duration is short and designed to have minimal impact on your activity. Battery storage is quiet in operation and needs only a fenced, unused area.
What happens at the end of the lease?
At the end of the term, the site is returned to you in its original state, or the lease can be renewed by mutual agreement.
